Managing Time

Ok, this is the first post and its on a topic that I need the most right now. As many of you know, I own a corporation with I don't know how many divisions right now. Here is a quick list:

1. Capture Media Service - General photography, video production, graphics, web.
2. Capture Studio Cafe - basically a restaurant now, even though it started out just a coffee shop.
3. Weddings By Capture - Wedding photography and video
4. Capture Home Tour - Real Estate promotional video service for agents and FSBO's
5. Youve Been Captured - Live event photography/video service for parties, etc

I have around 12 employees (including freelancers). I live above the cafe so I'm always at work which means that work is my life right now. So as you can see, managing time is tough for me.

B) Trying to get out of school as fast as possible
C) Majoring in a degree that is very complex (doctor, lawyer, etc)
D) Entrepreneurship and having to work extra hard to get your company on its feet before it goes under
E) Planning an event or party

I can't really think of too many more right now but from looking at the list it seems that it all boils down to money and making a living. Now if I were a farmer, I may have time management issues such as planting seed before the raining season hits or
